In the world of trends, there are very few that come into our lives that we can see ourselves wearing indefinitely. For me, matching coordinates is one of those trends. In terms of effort, this outfit combination is the easiest and quickest to put together becasuse, ahem, it puts itself together.

I can compare this outfit combo to that of a wrap dress, something that requires minimal effort to style, yet ends up looking so damn chic. As someone who dresses modestly, it’s often near impossible for me to put together outfits that don’t require excessive layering and imagination in order to meet my personal level of modesty. Wrap dresses, or any dress for that matter, with longer sleeves, a high neckline AND that cover my legs are ridiculously hard to come by. It’s honestly a huge dilemma for me this summer, because my taste is veering on the easy-breezy-effortless side.

That’s where this outfit staple comes in. This look took approximately 5 minutes to put together and consists of 0 layering. Just the perfect loose matching top + trousers, add mules and a vintage bag and VOILA: summertime vibes for days.

I hear you, girl! My mantra has been the same when it comes to modest styling as of late. I love the warming effect the burnt orange scarf has on the outfit overall, and the sunglasses are so fun and Barbie-esque.
